Brett Wharff

Brett WharffBrett Wharff is the host of Throwback Saturday from seven to midnight here on V96.9.

Brett was born into a radio family and has been in the business since 2007.  He has made his rounds at radio stations in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana as a morning show host, video editor and part time sportscaster for the Owensboro Catholic High Aces in Owensboro Kentucky.

Recently, Brett found that he had a knack for editing audio and video and began a service called Wharff-Air Productions in his home studio.  WAP is dedicated to delivering high quality edits to clients across the United States. He has edited hilarious prank phone calls, guided meditation CDs and inspirational podcasts just to name a few.  Brett has also filmed, edited and published over 700 videos to YouTube.  Videos that range from The Kentucky Derby, The Grand Ole Opry, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, The Tennessee Titans, Evansville Icemen, The Western Kentucky University Hilltoppers and much more.

Brett studied Digital Media at Washington State Community College and is inspired by his teachers and mentors but mostly by his Grandfather, long time sportscaster and voice of Marietta College Athletics, John “Big John” Wharff.
